You'll first come across your living room with East facing windows. In fact, all of the windows are vinyl and insulated to save on any additional utility costs! Continuing down the hallway and along the East side you're greeted by the kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and eight upper cabinets. There's plenty of room for a dining room table in the adjacent corner. You'll find the bathroom located directly in between the kitchen and bedroom. Plenty of storage in the bathroom with a vanity and a linen closet. The bedroom has a built in dresser for make ups / colognes / extra clothes, all the items you may carry, in addition to the large and deep closet. The property features a recently renovated kitchen, complete with brand-new fixtures. Additionally, the bathroom boasts a new tile tub surround, and the flooring throughout has been upgraded to high-quality vinyl. Below are some other perks of living here!
