I have a two-bedroom apartment through the Quarters Columbia that I am trying to find someone to take over my lease for (Reletting). Had a situation occur and I am just trying to get rid of both rooms. Preferably looking for someone who is interested in both rooms at the apartment. Utilities are included besides electricity, which you will pay separately. Amenities include a gym, pool, hot tub, basketball court, game room, sauna, and most importantly a shuttle to MU. The apartment has amazing, natural lighting, comes completely furnished making it super easy to move in, and has a very nice kitchen and appliances. The lease starts in the fall just in time for the fall semester at the University of Missouri. My roommate and I were very excited about this apartment and wish things hadnt changed because this place truly is awesome.
