Downstairs there is an additional full bath, bedroom with 2x twin beds, and bonus room that could be used as an additional living room, office, playroom or all of the above. Storage space available in attic.

Tenant is responsible for: Electricity, Propane (Heat, Hot Water), Trash Removal, Landscaping, Snow Removal
