This spacious, second floor apartment was completely renovated in 2012 and is currently being repainted for the next incoming tenant. Each of the 3 large bedrooms have their own closets, as well as 2 additional closets in the hallway. A designated area in the basement is also provided for additional storage. There is hardwood flooring throughout the apartment and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are built on an open concept floor plan, providing a generous living area. The over-sized bathroom features double sinks and its own electric heating for preferred temperature control. Located on the second floor, with its many windows, the apartment receives great natural light throughout the day.
This apartment is conveniently located near Elms College, Baystate Hospital, and Interstate 91. There are two parking spots available in front of the house with this rental.
1. Applying
Please email (Please do not call) if you are interested in the apartment and I will send you a link to an initial application form. Your application will be reviewed for income requirements*, and your references may be contacted to ensure a history of on time rental payments and that you've satisfied your past lease agreements. Once I review applications, I will contact you back about scheduling a tour at a time that works for you and myself. Thank you.

2. Viewing
Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule a time to view the apartment. If you like the apartment, you can secure it by paying the first months rent. A background and credit check will be ran before Lease signing.
3. Screening
Your background and credit will be taken into consideration prior to lease signing. This backgroud check is 11.99 per each adult that will be on the lease. Your history of regular on time payments will be assessed. If after the screening it is decided you are not a good fit for this apartment, your 1st months check will be refunded.
4. Lease Signing
If you are awarded the apartment, we will send you a lease to review. We can sign at your earliest convenience.
PAYMENTS
1st months rent to secure the apartment
Last months rent and security deposit prior to move in date (when you receive your keys)
* Your monthly Income should be more than 3 times the monthly rent. So take your pre-tax, annual income (salary, bonuses, dividends), and divide that by 36. That's the maximum rent you'll be approved for. Roommate income is taken into account in this calculation.
