We'll also ask some other basics like any pets, how many occupants (adults/children), when you need to take posession, how long of a term you prefer, just your normal questions so after your showing, we have the basics and timelines to protect to get you in there...
After your pre qualified, we will set up a time for your showing to make sure it will suit your needs. This way you know when you tour the rental you could actually move in.
OPTIONAL EXTERIOR SEASONAL MAINTENANCE:
2.478 acres -All or part / lawn mowing can be provided for an additional monthly fee if desired otherwise bring your mower with. Your driveway snow removal is the responsibility of the renter. An electric start snowblower can be provided.
