City Guide

A village situated in Cook County, Illinois, Evergreen Park grew up as a farming community in the mid-1800s. In 1873, the first railroad crossed through the area, providing residents access to Chicago. This transit link helped the area develop, and many trees were planted (hence the name). Today, Evergreen Park, which is just southwest of the Windy City, offers small town charm while still being near big city fun. It's that wonderful blend that makes the village a great spot to call home.
