Our amenities are second to none, with a pool, hot tub, and community center, you'll never want for something to do. Our covered, assigned parking is conveniently located on the ground level beneath the building, which is next to Verde, a contemporary Mexican restaurant on the first floor. Easy access to all of the Quad Cities is a given, since we sit right next to the I-74 bridge into Illinois.

We are a pet-friendly community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit for animals over the age of 1 year. Animals under the age of 1 year require an additional $1000 deposit that is refundable once the pet reaches 1 year of age, as long as there is no damage to the unit at that 1-year-old mark. Pet rent is $35. Please call for complete pet policy information.
