- We are a pet-friendly community. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 refundable pet deposit for animals over the age of 1 year. Animals under the age of 1 year require an additional $1000 deposit that is refundable once the pet reaches 1 year of age, as long as there is no damage to the unit at that 1-year-old mark. Pet rent is $25. Please call for complete pet policy information.
