If you are self employed, the previous years completed tax returns are required.

Section 8 / Housing vouchers. We accept section 8 housing vouchers. The income/credit score criteria may not affect section 8 housing voucher applicants.

Applicants must not have an outstanding balance with a previous landlord. Applicants must not have a rental eviction on their record.
