Located across the street from a 100-yard-long ocean access path and just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Lanikai Beach entrance. You can walk two minutes to the water, where you can launch your kayak or simply enjoy the sunset or sunrise. This house on Mokulua Drive radiates classic Hawaiian charm. The front and back lanais encourage indoor/outdoor living and make the most of a spacious yard lined with tropical palm trees and native plants, enclosed by a rock wall for privacy and security. An outdoor covered cabana can be used for dining and drinks at the custom tiki bar or relaxing in the shade on a hot day.

Upstairs, three bedrooms each have queen-sized beds; the "bunk room" has three single beds. The ground-floor bedroom contains a double bed. The four upstairs bedrooms are equipped with A/C. The spacious kitchen includes a dining area. Fiber optic cable provides fast Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Kailua town, with its shops and restaurants, is just 2.7 miles away. Lanikai's 2.4-mile-long "Loop" offers a scenic path for walking, running, and biking, as well as Lanikai park's basketball court and play structure, and entry to the beautiful "pillbox" trailhead.

The house is 5.4 miles from Kaneohe Marine Corps Base, 21.6 miles from Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam, and 1 mile from Buzz's Restaurant and Kailua Beach Boat Ramp.

The home is fully furnished--all you need to do is unpack your suitcases, move in, and enjoy.
