We strive to find the best tenants for our clients. For that reason, we have certain requirements that MUST be met in order to be approved to Lease one of our locations.
APPLICATIONS: (if you apply)
- Completed by each adult who will occupy the home
- $40 application fee, non-refundable for each person
CREDIT HISTORY:
Minimum credit score of 550
- No outstanding charges to past landlords
- No evictions filed in the last 3 years (meaning you were served notice by the marshal whether you paid in full or moved)
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND:
- Be completely honest if it exists, not an immediate disqualification
JOB HISTORY:
- Must be on job minimum of 6 months.
- Job must be verified by supervisor or HR representative or check stubs
INCOME:
- Gross income (before taxes) must be at least 4 x the rent amount. Pay is added together if you are a couple.
- Must be verified by current check stubs or another source.
Application reviews will take a minimum of 2 business days to complete
