Short-term Apartments for Rent in Monument, CO

"Ladybug, ladybug, fly away home...." The summertime home of thousands of ladybugs sits atop Mt. Herman on Monument's west side. Along the way, you'll pass a towering granite outcropping known as Monument Rock, which gave the town its name.

"Pike's Peak or Bust!" was the motto of gold seekers flocking to the Colorado Springs area in the 1850s. Colorado Spring's rapid growth gave rise to a booming timber industry that birthed the town of Monument in the hills north of the city. Tucked away in the aspen and pine-strewn hills, the town nestles among three lakes in the Tri-Lake area. Monument's historic downtown flourishes side-by-side with modern industry ranging from manufacturing and technology to retailers and professional services.
