Private room for rent

Hello! Searching for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with me and my sweet dogs!

OCTOBER 6th move in, 12 month lease.
First, last, and deposit required to move in.
Total move in costs $5100.

Located in Frisco near Starbucks. Bus stops within walking distance, plus main Frisco bus station across the street also within walking distance!

Rent for the non-primary bedroom is $1700 plus half of electric and wifi. Electric is just basic lights etc. Heating and all other utilities included.
Year lease with option to renew.

In unit laundry, and there is unassigned, off street parking for one vehicle included, and two community hot tubs! This condo also has an outdoor patio space.

I occupy the master bedroom, so I'm looking for one person to fill the other non-primary bedroom. You would have private use of a full private bathroom with bathtub right across from your room, with the exception of laundry appliance usage by me(washer/dryer located in the bathroom). The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. The living room and dining room are fully furnished.

I'm open to a female or male roommate. A couple may be considered, with rent amount at $2200/mo. Must be clean, organized, reliable, and respectful of the home and furnishings, myself, and the dogs.

No pets, as there are already two dogs.
NO SMOKING/VAPING.

About me: I'm 35 and like to snowboard, and chill at home with the dogs and watch TV, and work locally in Summit County. In the summer I like to paddleboard and go hiking or ride my longboard. Not a partier.
