This two-level, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom Live Oak home is located off 17th Avenue. Just a short bike ride to the beach, Simpkins Swim Center, Live Oak Farmer's Market and short drives to grocery shopping and the Santa Cruz Harbor.

The home features a large living area with windows overlooking the zen like backyard. The kitchen and half a bathroom are located off the living room area as well as a large pantry. This is an ideal set-up for entertaining or enjoying community/family time. The kitchen has an abundance of storage as well as a lovely breakfast counter to enjoy the morning coffee. The garage is located off the kitchen.

All three bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs. A bigger bedroom is located towards the front of the home, with two good-sized closets. Two more bedrooms are located towards the rear of the home and both of them have extra loft storage build in. One of the rooms has convenient build in shelving, which also would make this room a great home office. There is a bonus room with more storage located off the upper level. This room, with its amazing south facing window would make an ideal art studio or crafts room or another home office.

The home comes with an attached one car garage with plenty of storage as well as washer & dryer hook-ups. There is some additional parking in the community on a first come first serve basis.

We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.

We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
