Also, large 2 car garage. Walk to the lake and enjoy many of the public piers or to famous Donner Lake Kitchen for breakfast or lunch. Just minutes by car to the West End public beach or cruise up Old 40 to Donner Summit for some spectacular views from Rainbow Bridge. And you are just minutes away from Downtown Truckee for great shopping and restaurants and 25 minutes to Lake Tahoe! Utilities separate. Pets welcome with pet deposit. Sleeps up to 6.
