Interior stairs from parking area leads to rental room. Secondary door opens to private outdoor area with Bistro style table and chairs.
• Month to month lease. $700 per month. Utilities estimated $150 per month to be paid with rent. (Cost of utilities may increase in future.) Total $850 per month, paid to homeowner. Additionally, $850 security deposit to be held by homeowner until move-out.
• Utilities provided include electricity, water, gas, trash and Starlink wi-fi.
• No laundry facility. Rent includes bi-weekly laundry of sheets and towels, provided by homeowner.
• Parking for one standard size vehicle on property. No large trucks or vans. No motorcycles.
• Kitchenette includes mini refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, dishes and glassware.
