How much is rent for an apartment with a garage in Mira Monte?
How many apartments with garages are available for rent in Mira Monte?
"Flowers in the ground they wilt way / Sun in the sky it fades away / Make the funniest shapes from the cloud so grey / The breeze in the trees they blow my way." -- From "Monte" by Zee Avi
Mira Monte is a census designated place in Ventura County, California. The name more or less translates into English as "Looking Mount," which is a little strange since it's located at the center of Ojai Valley, just south of the mountains. Home to just under 7,000 people (at the time of the 2010 U.S. Census), the community shares its name with Miramonte, another Californian town in Fresno County. The latter name makes a lot more sense considering it sits 3,000 feet above sea level. It makes you wonder about the kind of people who first settled here, doesn't it? See more
Mira Monte apartments with garages are sometimes more expensive than other options. However, they may make more financial sense in the long run.
Weather, break-ins, and daily struggles to find a space can take a toll financially and physically. Remember that even cities in mild climates experience issues like salt air, tornadoes, hail, falling branches from storms, and other issues.
It’s also possible to score an auto insurance reduction if you park in a garage. Ask your insurance provider about any deals or discounts that could trim money off the cost of your monthly bill.
Before signing a lease, ask the landlord or property manager about any restrictions on garage use. It’s important to know if there are enough spaces for tenants and visitors and what happens if the garage is full. If you’re moving into an apartment inside a home, ask about any conditions on its use and if storage is allowed.
