“The property is in an ideal location, close to shopping and essentials. The interior of the apartment is quite modern and clean and well done. The pool and gym areas are exemplary. These points are overall very good. The only things I would strive to improve if I were management is not have noisy, looud banging garbage trucks pick up at 6 am. Far too early. The hardwood floor construction is not very soundproof. I hear every footstep from upstairs. I wasn't expecting that. Lastly, management has on a few occasions has not followed through with several requests for help. Overall a nice place, I am enjoying it, except for the last mentioned matters.”
