*Applications are available exclusively online via our website or an affiliate link from our website. Application fees are non-refundable. We will NEVER ask for or any type of payments via social media. Only one application is required even if interested in more than one rental.
*ALL OUR RENTALS ARE OFFERED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS FOR QUALIFIED AND APPROVED APPLICANTS.

You can obtain renter's insurance with your personal insurance company, or we have an option for Roost Renters Insurance.
