This home has a 1 bedroom , 1 bath , Brand new carpet throughout the home and has a huge living room , a very nice updated kitchen , with Dishwasher and newer appliances. The home has a front and back door entrance. The home also features a laundry room with washer and dryer included
The water is also included with the rental
This home is a smoke free and Drug free residence. No illegal activity allowed, as this is a very clean , safe and peaceful residence. No ( Large )pets are allowed inside the home but you are free to have some pets outside. ( small pets are ok inside the home )
This home has a security camera system on the outside. The home is also protected by ADT security network . There is a front and back porch to enjoy the quite time to oneself or simply cook out and rest. The home is country quite living at its best. With permission, you can even fish fresh catfish out of a pond that is located on the property!
The Central A/C works great as it is a new 2 ton unit and will keep you cool in the summer and very warm in the winter!!
There is plenty of parking space for additional personal vehicles or a commercial vehicle if need be .... Bring a an 18 wheeler if you have one , we got space to park it !!
