At over 3,000 square feet, you will have plenty of room for community and privacy. Co-working area includes a desk for each tenant with an outlet in reach. All shared spaces are furnished. Tenants must only furnish his/her individual bedrooms. Only one person is allowed per bedroom. Bills include all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces. Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request.

Bedroom C - Enjoy your own private bedroom with a standard size closet and a roomy shared bath right outside your bedroom. Your shared bathroom includes two sinks so you have your own sink, as well as a walk-in shower. You are also welcome to a space in the shared co-working area. Rent is $850 and includes all utilities, trash, recycling, wifi, yard maintenance, and monthly house cleaning in shared spaces (not private bedroom). Conditioned storage space available for additional fee upon request with matching security deposit. Renter responsible for rental insurance and Security deposit is half of rent. This is one of five bedrooms in this property!
