Our requirements of tenants are as follows:
-A tenant's income must be 3x the amount of rent.
-The tenant must be able to present the following AT signing:
-1 full month's rent
-A full security deposit (the amount of which is equal to a full month's rent)
-$75 leasing fee
-If not paid already at the time of signing, a $35 application fee.
-Proof that utilities have been switched into the tenant's name.
-Proof of renter's liability insurance–we require tenants to have renter's liability (covers damage that tenant does to the rental property) in the amount of at least $300,000.
