And then theres whats right outside your door: immediate access to bike/running trails going in all directions around the City of Madison and far beyond.

You will be within less of a mile walking from the UW-Madison campus, the Wisconsin Capitol Building, and downtown Madison. Several grocery stores are within a short driving distance, too, and there are more restaurants in the area than we have ever had the time (or money!) to visit.
