Greetings! This apartment is available on a periodic basis, with a 30-day minimum lease term. It is typically only available for about a month, but I might be able to consider longer stays up to a few additional weeks.

This two-bedroom (one exclusively as a guest room), two bathroom condo resides on Water Street, in the heart of downtown Port Townsend- moments to shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and events! Built in 1889, this was the first stone building erected in Port Townsend. All interiors (except the wondrous basement) have been modernized and thoughtfully renovated as the Eisenbeis Condos.

The great room has soaring 16-foot ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, a chef's kitchen with marble countertops, bar seating, and hardwood flooring. There are two bedrooms (1 queen- 1 non-traditional king), one with a luxurious en suite bath. Laundry is in-unit, and the building has an elevator. The apartment sits at the back of the building so you can enjoy close proximity to the downtown bustle but in a quiet oasis.

This furnished rental offers a mix between a standard rental with lease agreement and an airbnb style unit, as I provide linens, full kitchen items, and many other living essentials.

* Utilities, garbage, recycling, and high-speed (reliable!) internet are included.
* Maximum of two residents.
* Each bathroom is a 2/3s (one has a shower- one has a bathtub).
* There are no windows in the rear rooms.
* Sorry, no pets.

$35 application fee is negotiable.
