Monthly rent is $2,000 and a security deposit of $3,000.00 due at lease signing. One pet will be considered with a monthly pet rent of $35.00. Tenant will be responsible for Water/Sewer and Electricity .Trash and recycling is provided though the HOA. After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant.
