There is also a small amount of storage capacity in the tandem space in the garage. Similar to a duplex, the front unit is a completely separate and private-entranced space from the back unit of the home and will require a tenant who values a peaceful, well-maintained residence. There is no access between the units.
All utilities (internet, yard service, water/sewer/trash, electricity and gas) are split evenly between the two tenants which saves a considerable amount of money. Cable is not provided (however, you can stream via the internet) or utilize a Mohu Leaf antenna.
Monthly rental is $1800 per month. Deposit is $1800 (and can be paid in two payments prior to or within the first month of move in). Pets will be considered (certain qualifications apply) but will require an additional pet deposit. References are required and a background check will be performed.
