“I love the location. It's close to everything I need. The maintenance crew is so nice! Management is friendly & responds to requests in a timely manner. I haven't used the laundry facility, pools, or gym to rate them. It's relatively quiet. There's plenty of parking. The gate works.”

“Amenities are a joke. The gym is 9nly open when the office is so if you have a regular job, not convenient. Parking is horrendous, if you get home after 4pm there is nowhere to park and they charge 40$ for a carport. Maintenance is stellar but good luck getting the roaches under control. The management staff is great, super nice.”
