The neighborhood is quiet and you'll have friendly neighbors who look out for each other. Located near Highway 4, and 5 miles to the downtown Orangeburg Area, and 5 Miles to the Super Wal-Mart, yet there are restaurants and shops nearby.

The open house will be available for viewing on Saturday, January 6, 2024. 12 noon - 2:00 pm by appointment only.

APPLICATION FEES: Your application will be sent to you via Transunion Smartmove after you have viewed the property and done online via a link I will send to you. Non-refundable application fees include your background and credit check for all adults. Married Couples =$140.00 and Single Adults =$75.00 per adult on lease.
Your credit is not a huge issue but we would like to see at least a 580 credit score. It takes less than 15 minutes to get your results back, after we have reviewed your results, we will contact you to move forward and discuss all details at that time.

Please note that the application is not taken on Zillow but via Transunion and the following must accompany:
*Driver's License or ID Card / Social Security Card of all adults that will be on the lease or living in the house.
*Two recent Paystubs

The lease will be for a 2-year term for Rent To Own. That can be discussed as we qualify our applicants. Tenants will be responsible for lawn maintenance, all utilities, and upkeep of the home.

The rent-to-own downpayment is as follows:
*$3500.00 down (Go towards the purchase of the house $140K after 2 years of successful rental payments)
*$1150.00 per month and security deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE IF DEFAULTED ON RENT OR ANY DAMAGES)
* Pet fees=$150.00 per 1 pet $250 per 2 (no more than 2 pets)
