About the house:

- The house is a 15 minute drive from downtown and a 20 minute walk to the southside waterfront shopping plaza.
- The room on the second floor and it is furnished with a bed, dresser, bedside tables, lamps, and a desk. It is spacious and has lots of light.
- The house is large with three floors (2200 sq ft)
- No pets allowed (lizards are fine)
- The house has a nice backyard (a covered front & back porch). There is one shared bathroom on the second floor and an toilet in the basement. There is a living room, a dining room, and a spacious kitchen with an island and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer. There is also a Japanese style washer and dryer.
- Rent is $500 not including utilities which averages to another $100-$150 a month. First months rent, last months rent, and $500 security deposit req'd.

You would be living with two other people - one guy and one woman. One is a UPMC psychometrist nd the other works at a children’s center.
