When relaxing, kick back in a living room set aside for your personal use. The living room has a seventy-inch flat-screen TV, free cable included with Netflix, Apple TV, Prime TV, YouTube TV, etc. Use our full gourmet kitchen anytime. On a hot day, jump into the fifteen thousand gallon inground pool, & sun on the pool deck & so much more.

Your $895 monthly rent includes free high-speed 1GB, FIOS, and Internet service. All your utilities are included. There are zero other charges besides the $895.00 per month rent.

You will be residing in a five-bedroom, three thousand square foot home with a super laid-back husband and wife and their twenty-year-old son, who is a Jr. at Penn State. It is a super relaxed environment, with lots of fun simultaneously when desired. Every guest we've had stay with us has always told us how great their stay was.

Here are some things we must ask for and inform you about. The room is for one person “only.” You must be working full-time. No animals, & no smokers. We do complete background checks and will not accept anyone with past evictions.

OK, if you are interested, I can promise you this is an exceptional home in a fantastic location. You can walk downtown Hatboro, with restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. If you are a commuter, the train station is in town, the Warminster line, to center city Philadelphia. The PA Turnpike entrance is less than ten minutes from our home.
