Apartments for Rent in Exton, PA with Gyms

“I give SOMEWHAT SATISFIED for Ameneties and Management for the simple fact that they are not always available for use. To limit the pool to only when a lifeguard is present is a bit ridiculous to me, especially when a lifeguard is only required when the pool is 5ft deep, and this one is not. Also, to not be able to go to the gameroom at, say, 10:30 and shoot pool, or use the gym at whatever time works for the resident, is frustrating. What is the reasoning behind this? The amenity rules often make me feel like a grown adult being baby sat, and I don't need a babysitter. I would certainly warn anyone considering moving here about this. Afterall what's the point of a $500 amenity fee if they aren't always availabe. Otherwise everything is fine.”
