Golfer Dream! 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Townhome Furnished or Unfurnished with a 12-month lease This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is in the desirable Eagle Crest Resort near Redmond. It features a fully furnished home. As you walk in you will have an open kitchen leading to the dining area opening to the back patio. Back patio is fully furnished with a hot tub and great views of Fairway #1 at the Ridge Course. Livingroom is setting for a cozy time with a gas fireplace. You will also find a half bath. Upstairs Master bedroom back door opens to an amazing back deck overlooking Fairway #1. Master bath has an amazing bathroom with a garden tub. washer and dryer are a crossed the hall. Leading down the hallway you will have the second large open bathroom and to the right you will have the second bathroom. Second bedroom is fit with 2 twin beds with a large walk-in closet. The Sports Center is across the street, and the pools at the resort are also included with rent. Rental Terms Rent: $2300.00 Deposit: $2800.00 1 year lease required All Utilities are tenant responsibility No Pets Allowed OR we can remove access to the pool and sports center for $2,100. There is a tenant in the home unit Oct 1, 2025. We will be taking applications on the home. We will start showing the home Oct 3, 2025
