This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is in the desirable Eagle Crest Resort near Redmond. It features a fully furnished home. As you walk in you will have an open kitchen leading to the dining area opening to the back patio. Back patio is fully furnished and great views of Fairway #1 at the Ridge Course. Livingroom is setting for a cozy time with a gas fireplace. You will also find a half bath. Upstairs Master bedroom back door opens to an amazing back deck overlooking Fairway #1. Master bath has an amazing bathroom with a garden tub. washer and dryer are a crossed the hall. Leading down the hallway you will have the second large open bathroom and to the right you will have the second bathroom. Second bedroom is fit with 2 twin beds with a large walk-in closet. The Sports Center is across the street, and the pools at the resort are also included with rent. Rental Terms Rent: $2300.00 Deposit: $2800.00 1 year lease required All Utilities are tenant responsibility No Pets Allowed OR we can remove access to the pool and sports center for $2,100.
