“I wanted w/d hook up. My neighbors are very friendly and help me because I’m elderly with limited movement. My apt is downstairs and located near the corner. Parking is a challenge but better than my last place. I also got good help from the office staff with the computer and personal business .”
“Moved in bc washer and dryer , months in they told us not to use them costing them thousands on plumbing issues. They did reduce rent but not ok to have a move in ready and cannot use it. Management is ok same may or may not not know what they are doing”
