House is located 5 minute walk to college. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Room rentals for students .only. 2 rooms upstairs with share use of kitchen ,bathroom , dinning area and living room.$ 625 per person plus deposit. 2 rooms downstairs with share use of bathroom, kitchen and living room $ 600 per person plus deposit. All utilities included plus internet. Parking on premises. No pets. During 2 months of summer break if not at premises rent $100 per month for 2 months. I will have 1 room available downstairs for 600 per month plus deposit per room starting August 15 2025 . Newly renovated bathrooms. These are room rentals for students. New cooling system installed.
