Charming studio casita in Tijeras. One large room with full kitchen and ¾ bath, furniture could remain. Part of an adobe compound with private parking and gate entry but attached to the owner's garage. There is a separate pen that could accommodate an outside pet area. Because of the proximity to the owner's home and the size, they have requested a single occupant. Limit of 2 pets that are friendly and will get along with the owners and their pets.
