Located in Ocean City's famed Historic district, you are only steps away from Asbury Ave, the boardwalk and beach! There is no need to move your car from the offstreet parking once you arrive since, all of Ocean City's main attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The cottage was originally constructed in 1890, then recently renovated by locally renowned builder Dean Adams. His vision and design expertly used every ounce of space our cottage has to offer, while keeping its 1890s charm. Once you have brewed a perfect cup of coffee from either the Nespresso machine (bring your Vertuoline capsules) or standard coffee maker, enjoy it out on one of our two front porches, patio or sun deck as you ponder how relaxing your day will be. Catch up with family and friends with 100Mb/s internet connection and WiFi. There is plenty of enclosed storage in the detached garage for your beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids and other vacation essentials. You will love your stay here and return for many years to come. A small dog is considered with owner approval and a $200 pet fee. A July and August rental is offered at $25,000.
