Starting July 1, 2019, 2BR, 2.5 Ba Condo Town Home with two parking spaces is available for Guest(s) with option to Buy.

This is an Estate Property of a interior decorator and we seek quality people who love life and walk in TRUTH.

Condo Town Home has Eat In Kitchen, Diving Room Area, Living Room Area, Large Outside Patio Deck and Powder room on the ground floor.

On the Second Floor are two Bed Rooms with Closets and private Bath Room for each room. Also on the second floor is a Washer and Dryer machines for clothes, a Linen Closest for Towels and Sheets, etc..

The Guest fee monthly amount is $1,000.00 per month for one responsible person and one child. If two Guests are staying, the Guest(s) fee is $1,400.00 per month. Guest(s) are required to pay his/her own gas, water, sewer and electric bills and these utilities are to be put in the Guest(s) Name since Guest is utilizing them.

An Application must be filed out and submitted by any potential people interested in staying in the Town Home. The Guest(s) will receive an Agreement that must be signed. No Verbal Arrangements Allowed.

Payments are First Month Fee and Indemnification/Reparations Fee of $1,000.00 (in case there are any damages to the Town Home, etc.) There is No Security Deposit for late payments/no payment or second months fee. See definitions below.

No one is allowed to stay in the Town Home without a signed Agreement. If you do this, you are violating our rights, AND we will notify SUBLET.COM.

If your are interested in buying the Town home, we need your statement in writing. If you are not interested, we will continue to market the Town Home, but you are welcome to stay in the Town Home as long as you need UNLESS there is a problem with your stay.
