This large 3 bedroom, first floor apartment will be available 2-14. Right now updates are under way to include sanding/polying the original hardwood flooring and painting the entire unit. This unit is large and has its own private deck, attached sun room/storage room, and its own laundry. The tenant is responsible for the electric/internet. Owner pays for heat which is a propane fed monitor heater which heats the place comfortably, but there are electric baseboard heaters throughout that could be used to supplement. No smoking and pets considered. I look for a credit score over 600 and the gross monthly income to be 3x the rent. If reaching out, please provide further information about yourself.
