This cozy cottage includes a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses located in the hallway. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher, with utensils, plates, and cups provided. This cottage also inclose a washer & dryer combo.

We require the first month's rent to be paid as a security deposit.
A maximum of two pets are permitted with a $400 nonrefundable deposit required for the first pet and an additional $35 per month for each pet. Cleaning Fee: $150 deducted from security deposit when you leave.
Each cabin and cottage can accommodate up to two vehicles. Any trailers or boats must be stored in the designated area, which incurs an additional fee.
In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, our cottage is equipped with 50-inch Roku TVs that offer Spectrum cable and access to free streaming channels.
Any prospective monthly and seasonal residents are required to undergo a background check and obtain approval from Barefoot Landing Management. Each individual aged 18 and over who will be residing in the property must complete the application and background check process.
