STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. DESCRIPTION: Enjoy the swell and some good breaks at “Surfers Cove” located in the Riggings Complex on the southern end of Pleasure Island. This ground level condo makes it feel like you are riding the waves from the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo, vanity, and laundry closet. In the hallway alcove, twin bunk beds provide additional sleeping areas. The living area provides an astounding ocean view through the sliders and leads out to a covered deck. There is assigned parking for 1 car near the unit and 1 additional space in the overflow lot across the street from the complex. Enjoy a swim in the oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings. The beach re-nourishment project prohibits anyone walking or sitting on the sandbags, they protect our beach. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
