FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Recap: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Full Bunk Bed (suitable for 2 guests only, upper bunk for child), 2 Twin Bunk Beds Parking: Parking for four cars. Pet Policy: Pets are negotiable and will require a nonrefundable $400/pet fee, with a 2 pet maximum. Prohibited: Students, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: “Namastay at Terrace” is a five bedroom, three and a half bathroom duplex that will have you wishing you could just stay forever. This beautifully designed and decorated property offers a deck on each level and a massive rooftop terrace with impressive views of the ocean and the canal. You don't have to choose sunrise or sunset, as you'll be enjoying both! Upgraded amenities such as a private elevator and Tesla/ EV (universal charger) are available for your comfort! There is one king bedroom with en suite bath, two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with full size bunk beds and one bedroom with two twin sized bunk beds. There ample space for dining with seating for eight at the table and eight more at the bar counter. The living area is perfect for gathering and watching a movie or catching the big game. As much as you will enjoy the inside, this home really beckons you to be outside. With furnished decks on every level, and a spectacular rooftop terrace, you'll be spending almost all of your time soaking in the beautiful scenery. The storage room below includes a few fun amenities to utilize during your stay. There is a fenced in yard and central grilling station.
