The office room, with daybed and built in desk, is upstairs. The private backyard is fenced and includes a bbq. The garage use can be discussed. Tenant is responsible for water (flat fee $35) and gas/electricity with NWE. The heat is in-floor radiant hot water heat (on-demand combi boiler) and there is a gas fireplace in the living room. Sewer and garbage is paid for by the owner. An application process is required with references, credit and background check, income verification. Pets are not allowed at this property, a small dog may be considered. One month's rent amount required for security deposit. Showings can be arranged for pre-screened applicants.
