4 bedroom, 2 bath, house available July 1. Nice open floorplan with a beautiful kitchen with tiled floors, LVP in the living room, 2 car garage, privacy fence in the backyard, & a covered patio area. Nice clean, easy maintenance. All adult tenants need to apply ($50 per person), be approved with a credit score of 600+, sign a 1 year lease, pay a deposit & first month's rent before moving in. Pets are allowed but we do require a $350 deposit per pet along with a $25/month pet fee.
