We are looking for a 20-24 month lease to start.

Walking into the main level of this home you will find a large living room to your right and an office/sitting room to your left. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a lot of light, and a fireplace. Through the living room you have a dedicated dining space with walk out to the deck. Kitchen has an island and walk through to the mudroom/laundry room. Quarter bath, and garage access are accessible through the kitchen or half bath.

Upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. Primary has large walk in and full bath with dual sinks, tub, and shower. There is another full bath in the hallway.

Downstairs you have a family room, walking through that is the bar and game room area. 3/4 bath and storage are also located in the basement.

As a tenant you will be responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Renters insurance is required.

Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo)

Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
