This is a garden-level unit, so there is about a half flight of stairs to get to it. The studios come with an a/c unit and plenty of parking. There is no on-site laundry, but the laundromat is only about 1.5 miles away.

Both yearly and monthly leases available.

For a year lease, it's $700/month with an $800 security deposit. That would mean $1,500 due before key exchange if your lease starts at the beginning of a month. If not, your upfront payment will include rent for the partial month in addition to the next month's full rent.
