2 NEWLY RENOVATED duplex units are available December 1, 2025. We are still in the process of finishing our renovation so pictures are as is. All kitchen cabinets will have black drawer pulls, the shower will have a glass sliding door installed, and all walls will be painted with a neutral beige color. All parking will be in the back of the property and grass will be reseeded in the spring as it was damaged during renovation. Preference for 1st floor or 2nd floor unit will be given to first qualified tenant.

Month to month lease
Rent is $1,300
Security deposit if $1,300 due at the time of lease signing.
Application fee is $50 per adult in the household. This is to cover the fees for the credit and background check.
All adults living in the property must be on the lease.
Maximum of 4 people living in a unit. Maximum of 2 vehicles per unit. We have a small parking area and are not able to accommodate more than that.

Who we are looking for: To keep this a great place for everyone, we ask that all applicants meet the following criteria:

-Total household income much be 3x's the amount of rent.
-Proof of employment and monthly income
-No evictions
-Three references
-Credit and background check for all applicants.
