Apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lewiston near the central Maine hospital and across the street is a local gas station. Utilities such as water, heat, trash, snow plow, pest control with the exception of electricity (tenants responsibility) are all exclusively paid by the landlord. The rules are very simply- pay rent on time, respect fellow tenants and keep the place clean both in the apartment and yard.
