Welcome to our lovingly restored historic home in Hampden. Our home is 2500 square feet and a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. We rent out a maximum of 2 rooms in the home. We are located just outside of Bangor, close to major hospitals, the Bangor airport, and amenities such as restaurants and groceries stores.

Please note, we do have 3 friendly adult dogs in the home. They do have shared access to the common areas. We are happy to do a meet and greet prior.

We are offering a second floor spacious room for rent with ample natural light and a comfortable queen size bed and ample closet space. The room is furnished with two nightstands, and a smart TV.

A shared bathroom with bathtub/shower combo is also included and located on the second floor. Laundry is located on the first floor. We have a shared office space on the second floor also available if needed. High-speed internet and all utilities are included in the monthly rent.

The shared living space includes access to the entire home. There are two large living rooms, large dining room, shared laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our home is on just under 10 acres with its very own walking trail that connects to more walking trails. We also have a deck with gas fire pit.
