the lot itself is fine, good location. quiet outside usually. but rent went up $55 after my first year, for no reason. they redid parking lots (maybe that was their justification) and offered no alternative parking during, and the parking lot nextdoor was threatening to tow residents' cars that were parked there, so you just had to figure it out yourself. the floor between up and downstairs lots is a bit creaky, as well as the stairs to the door. can hear when someone (me) walks around. the deposit was really weird -- it was basically set up by one of their partner companies to be nonrefundable (they were asking something like $1500 refundable deposit, or like $200 nonrefundable. was very bizarre, and i don't trust that they wouldn't come up with some excuse to not refund the $1500 if they're already this weird). it makes sense why both of the managers literally walked out when I was attempting to sign my lease last year, and they had to fly someone in from another state to take over. not a red flag at all 🙄🚩
