All the benefits of Chicago, without all the drawbacks. Just a 45-minute drive or leisurely Metra train ride away from the big city, the charming village of Cary is the hidden gem of Chicagoland. Most of the current residents in Cary prefer living there to the city because of Cary's small-town charm, plus the average cost of living in Cary is more reasonable. Don't worry, though, pizza lovers. You can stay in Cary and enjoy a whole pie for an average of just $8!

Buy or Rent?

Cary Park District: Known as a highly residential neighborhood, the Cary Park district has plenty of community activities and amenities that will keeps locals entertained. The area sometimes has a home for rent.

Sienna Point: Sienna Point was established as a townhouse community. It's a nice, clean safe neighborhood with several high quality 2 and 3 bedroom rentals available.
