Lovely second floor apartment. Spacious floor plan with two good-sized bedrooms, and large living room area. Vaulted ceilings, and a kitchen open to the living room give these apartments an airy feel.
Kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A big bathroom includes the washer and dryer. You also have a balcony just off the kitchen, and a storage closet outside the front door. Apartment complex is in a cul-de-sac, and is quiet and close to shopping.
Tenants pay for all utilities, including water/sewer/trash. W/S/T is billed at a flat rate of $50/month. No smoking or vaping. This unit is not approved to accept housing vouchers. Security deposit is equal to one month of rent. Renters insurance is required.
One small dog OR one cat allowed with $100 pet fee, $400 refundable pet deposit and $25/month pet rent. There are breed and weight restrictions for dogs.
